How to Be Placed on our Waitlist?

The first step to be placed on our Waitlist is to fill out our Puppy Application. Please give me an extended synapsis of you and your family so I can get to know you. Once your application has been approved and you are ready to move forward with your puppy adoption I will send you our Waitlist Agreement. We will at that point require your $200 nonrefundable deposit etransferred to us. Once that is received your name will then be added to our Master Waitlist. (No spots will be reserved till deposit is received.)

 

How does the Waitlist work?

Once we have received your deposit your name will be added to our Master Waitlist. After a litter is born we will announce with pictures and names on our Instagram (@arrowsideacres) as well as here on the website. As the first few weeks of a puppies life is delicate and they need much of our attention and time we will announce our litters at around 1-2 weeks of age. We will then proceed to contact everyone down the list in order of deposit received. At that point if the timing, or specific colouring or gender of your puppy is not available you can choose to stay on the Master list and wait till our next litter, as puppies are chosen you will move up the list.

Please keep in mind we, the Breeder, reserve the rights to the first pick from every litter. 

Puppy Choosing?

Puppy choosing will be done around 6-7 weeks of age. I will provide weekly pictures/videos on my Instagram so you can get to know the puppies as well as sending those on that litter a Puppy Evaluation with a synapsis of all the available puppies personalities.

An additional $1000 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of puppy choosing to hold the puppy of your choice until puppy pickup date.

Remainder owing will be paid upon the pickup of your puppy.
